Resolutely focused on the future, Urbaser Environnement concentrates its efforts with Urbaser SA on the improvements and technical progress to be made on the equipment of the facilities it operates in order to continue to extract better value from waste.
To do this, it developed a large-scale analysis of the fractions contained in the waste to be treated in all of our facilities in order to measure the quantity of constituents, their sizing, and a series of physical-chemical parameters, as well as an analysis of the changes in parameters over time in order to anticipate any adaptations of the process.
Urbaser Environnement is also positioned on tomorrow’s treatment technologies with the goal of reducing environmental impacts through its technical and scientific partnerships developed with organisations such as the CEMAGREF, the CIRAD, the INRA of Narbonne, the ADAESO, etc.
